Fingertip Drill
The fingertip drill, though slightly awkward, is a great tool to help players focus on quick, steady dribbling. In this basketball drill players dribble backwards with their heads up, keeping the basketball very close to the ground. Make sure players keep their arm bar up, and stay on the toes so that they don't fall over. Remember to work both hands equally by alternating dribbling with the right and left hands.
