TeamSnap is a unique way to manage your sports team. Anybody who's coached or played on a recreational adult sports team or youth sports team knows how hard it can be to keep track of all the players, games, and team payments. TeamSnap takes the headache out of team sports by making it simple to manage your sports team online.
Best of all, TeamSnap is easy, intuitive, and web-based. You don't need to download, install, or configure anything. All you need is a web browser and an internet connection.
TeamSnap makes it easy to manage your sports team online:
First of all, TeamSnap is for the overworked person who's in charge of your recreational adult sports team or youth sports team. (You know who you are.) Coaches, managers, parents, and anybody else who's been tapped to keep track of your sports team. TeamSnap gives this person their life back.
But most of all, TeamSnap is for the team because it enables your teammates to communicate, coordinate, and collaborate in ways that are both fun and time-saving. Bottom line, TeamSnap puts the enjoyment back into team sports.
We're committed to making TeamSnap as affordable and widely available as possible. And that's why we offer Basic TeamSnap as a full-featured, ad-supported web application for FREE. Folks who don't want ads can easily upgrade to Ad Free. Likewise, people interested in our powerful Statistics package or Jumbo Storage can add these at any time. Any of these can be mixed and matched. Check out our Pricing page for more details.
TeamSnap also has a nifty feature called "Off Season Mode" that "hibernates" your team during the off season — you are temporarily switched to Basic TeamSnap (and so don't pay anything) but all your "non-free" data (like Stats, etc) is perfectly preserved. When a new season starts, you just reactivate your team and are ready to roll.
Nope. Basic TeamSnap is totally free, and if you sign up for any of our additional features (like Ad Free, Statistics and Jumbo Storage) there's a flat monthly charge for the entire team (paid by the "Team Owner") no matter how many players are on the roster.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Unfortunately, we aren't able to do invoices, accept PO's, or take livestock in trade.
Basic TeamSnap, which is free, is ad-supported. For those people who don't want ads, we offer Ad Free which removes all advertisements on a team site.
You bet. It's easy to customize your sports team website with your own logo and team colors.
Absolutely! We take online security very seriously. And that's why all your team data is 100% private and password-protected – nobody can access your team info without specific permission from you. By default, the only ones who can access your team site are the specific players you've invited onto the team, and they each sign in with a unique username and password.
Currently, TeamSnap is only in English. But we have plans to translate it into Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, German, and French (probably in that order). And if demand supports it, we will also translate TeamSnap into Bork Bork Bork!, Elmer Fudd, Hacker, Klingon, and Pig Latin.
Yes and no. TeamSnap is currently designed to manage individual teams. So you could certainly use TeamSnap for each team in your league, but we don't have any "league features" just yet. We're currently developing a "league version" of TeamSnap that will offer new features specifically designed for leagues. To be notified of developments with our league product, add your name to the list.
Since TeamSnap is hosted on our servers, there's nothing to install and no server requirements to worry about. No fuss, no muss. All you need is a modern web browser* and an internet connection.
(* Internet Explorer 6 or later on the PC, Firefox on Mac and PC, and Safari on Mac. TeamSnap does not support Internet Explorer 5.x on the Mac or PC. If you have IE 5, we recommend switching to Firefox.)
