Basic Moves and Foot Skills Workout
A high-energy, upbeat ball control soccer drill & workout for young soccer players to practice on their own to get more comfortable with the soccer ball at their feet. This drill focuses on continually touching the top of the ball with your foot until you develop a rhythm and do not need to look down at the ball. You then can move on to more advanced ball control skills like "the geg" and the "instep geg".
