Post Shooting Sequence
This basketball drill is designed to simulate game shots for a post player. It also helps improve the post player's screening form and footwork, both of which can create a lot of lay ups throughout the course of a basketball game. This basketball drill sets a great example of moving without the ball continuously, make sure your players know this skill is another factor in becoming a winning team. Also make sure your players are selling the screens.
