Back Door Drill
This youth basketball drill from the King James Academy is sure to challenge any defensive player.
The open offensive player should run towards their teammate with the basketball, take the pass and cut to the basket to ward of the defender using the back door.
Transcription:
Hey, hey, back door. You're coming down here, step up. I'm looking at the guy who's hitting the three.
Hit the three-point line. Boom. Back door. Okay, give me the ball.
You got the pass, right? Back door, hit this three. You guys pass and you've got to be ready. You're here, make a good pass. Okay?
