The squad consists of middle and high school teams as well as a competition team. From the dozens of athletes and their involved parents to practices, training, and events, a coach could easily get overwhelmed. In order to continue their squad’s success, head coach and program director Rachal Garris knew they couldn’t get bogged down by organizational nightmares. So she started looking for a solution that would help centralize all facets of running a cheer squad, but most importantly streamline communication.
