Hi Everyone,
The COVID-19 virus pandemic has affected all of us far more than we imagined even a week ago. Here’s what we are doing at TeamSnap to mitigate the impact of the virus on our employees, our customers, our company and our communities.
Our first priority is the safety and well-being of our employees. Without them, we cannot help anyone else, and for that reason, we have closed our headquarters in Boulder and required everyone to work from home. Since most of our employees have done so from the inception of the company, this is easy for us. We have also suspended all travel until further notice, and are encouraging employees to safeguard their health and support their families and communities.
TeamSnap is also committed to supporting our individual customers, sports teams, clubs, leagues, associations and advertisers through this difficult period. A good piece of that is simply ensuring we can do what we have always done: serve as the tool our customers use to communicate, coordinate and share. Those actions are all the more important in these tumultuous and uncertain times. We are also sharing tips and techniques for how teams can stay connected and train at home, remaining healthy while preparing themselves for life and sports after the virus. It seems hard to envision now, as the coming weeks and months are going to be painful for all of us, but we know the pandemic will ultimately pass.
We at TeamSnap are here to serve you through this crisis. In the meantime, stay healthy and as Dan Rather said years ago in the midst of another crisis, courage!
Sincerely,
Dave DuPont, CEO
